The Get Your Life Back Campaign
Support our Campus Transformation
A world-class hospital, with world-class programs, needs the facilities to match. The Get Your Life Back Campaign is helping to transform the West Park campus and bring the very best in rehabilitative care to Ontario, while meeting the needs of patients for decades to come.
This ambitious, $80 million capital campaign – the largest fundraising endeavour in the history of West Park– is part of the community’s “local share” contribution to the redevelopment, as required by the Ontario government.
The Campaign will be completed in two stages, with Phase 1 raising $50 million by 2025, when our campus transformation is complete. Over the next 30 years, West Park Foundation will provide an additional $30 million in support to the new hospital, ensuring it remains well-equipped and best able to support our patients on their recovery journey.
Our new hospital building opened in April 2024 and is already helping us to meet the growing demand for our services and transform how we deliver our programs to meet the healthcare challenges of today – and tomorrow.
Our redevelopment will continue over the next several years with the creation of outdoor therapeutic environments that will better support patients as they recover. In addition, planning is underway for a second long-term care centre on the site.

When you give to the Get Your Life Back Campaign, you are helping us meet the challenge of an aging population.
You are advancing research and education in fields that are growing in necessity as the population ages, including amputee rehabilitation, respiratory rehabilitation and spasticity management.
You are helping keep people out of acute care, and in their own homes.
Most importantly, you are helping people facing some of life’s most enormous health challenges to get back to their lives, their families and doing what they love most.
